Materuni waterfall day trip is perfect to escape the busy routine. This stunning Waterfall is 70m tall located in a small village in Northern Tanzania sitting at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Standing at 2500m above sea level, this beautiful waterfall is surrounded by a tropical rainforest, coffee plantation , banana and avocado farms.
This green village is surrounded by a dense vegetation, coffee plantation and the famous waterfall, the Materuni waterfall. ITINERARY
The tour will take 6 hours. Pickup will be arranged in Arusha or Moshi with air-conditioned private vehicle. We will start our tour in Materuni, the last village before Kilimanjaro. The hike up to the Materuni Waterfalls takes about 1 hour. After the hike, we will start our Coffee tour where you will get to see how coffee is processed from harvest to cup. The tour will end with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and a lunch spread of local dishes.
